A Trabocco is a unique fishing pier found along the Adriatic coast of Abruzzo. Architect and Designer Lev Weisbach of Weisbach Architecture|Design was inspired by the beautiful Trabocchi of Abruzzo when he created his spectacular design. Creekwood Restaurant, located at 3121 Sacramento Street, officially opened its doors on Friday, November 16, 2018. The location spans 1,700 square feet, seats 50 inside and 20 people on the patio and will feature a California – Italian menu. Nice spot! It was our first time in, we've been meaning to go for ages. Initially, the arrival experience was definitely lacking, but at the table service was lovely and attentive. The menu is smaller, and more California Italian than traditional Italian, but everything we ordered was tasty, and the portions are very generous. The noise level was much louder than expected - it's not a great choice if you're looking to enjoy a quieter conversation - but it seems great for younger families or other groups or 3 or more.
