So you ask why Wanda Byob? Wanda Pollyana Boos/Lipot was my Mother and my inspiration to become a Chef. Wanda was an amazing cook who actually had some serious training in her country of Trinidad and Tobago. In fact, one of my most prized mementos is my mother's... her cooking manual from Naparima Girls High School in Trinidad. What started as my mother's inspiration many years ago has turned into a career that I love and am very proud of. So here I am, my mother's son, who has spent 38 years in the kitchen, perfecting my craft. I now want to share what I've learned with all of you in a place I can call my own.With the help of my wonderfully supportive wife, Gilda and my wonderful family behind me, I look forward to what's to come. Isabella and Faith were some of the most attentive, professional, and friendly people we have ever come across during a dining experience. The ambiance was comforting and welcoming, while not being too "stuffy". The food was out. Of. This. World. I would have paid twice the price without question. Even if you're not in town, schedule a trip just to come here. Can’t wait to come back!
