Marfil Bistro opens for lunch and dinner, we offer an à la carte, where you can find a merger of the traditional modern kitchen, with a selection of dishes recommended by our creative Chef.We recommend you to try the "Rack of Lamb" it's come over Himalayan salt board with grilled root vegetables and rosemary kalamata tapenade. You also cannot miss the "Mediterranean stuffed Branzino" that comes with giant beans salad and don’t forget a nice bottle of wine from our extensive wine cellar that will highlight all the flavors of your food. Wonderful brunch that included lobster, oysters, caviar, paella, shrimp and sirloin steak. Our servers were excellent, especially Ileana. Definitely recommend. Beautiful courtyard too.

Dinner and service were exceptional. Do not miss this gem in Doral. Valentina, our server was excellent. Her attention to detail was perfect. I had heard of the place but had not gone by. Sad it took so long. Will certainly go back very soon. Having been a Doral resident for over 20 years, the eateries have become numerous, but few stand out. This is the exception. Make a reservation, you’ll need it. Enjoy

The cream cheese croqueta with chorizo appetizer was excellent. The seafood risotto as well as the regular risotto were very delicious. The filet mignon was good, but it was not as tender as other filet mignons I have had. The service was excellent as was the ambience and decorations.
