The fried chicken hummus was incredible and by far our favorite…nothing like it we have ever tried! Comparable to a hummus from a Michelin restaurant in DC…definitely a must try on Shaya’s menu! We dined on three (cauliflower, chicken and mushrooms). We enjoyed it so much we came back two nights later. Mark and Stephanie took excellent care of us.
