Curated by Aaron Taylor, Atlas Restaurant Group’s Corporate Chef & Chef Partner in this concept, the menu puts steak in the spotlight with over 11 cuts from Chicago-based meat purveyor Meats by Linz. The Ruxton will serve a mix of wet and dry aged prime cuts of Black Angus Beef, as well as dry aging Long Island Duck and Bison from Virginia’s New Frontier Farm in-house.     Everything about my experience at Rye Street Tavern was perfect! From the moment we walked in, the ambiance was inviting and warm. Even though the place was busy, we felt like everyone was attentive to us, which really made the evening special. For Valentine’s Day, the filet mignon was absolutely exquisite—cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor. The whole fried chicken hen was a delightful surprise—crispy on the outside, tender on the inside. The crab and artichoke dip was a perfect starter, rich and creamy with just the right balance of flavors. To top it all off, the cappuccino was smooth and comforting, and the wine selection complemented the meal beautifully. The service was impeccable—attentive, friendly, and efficient, making the evening even more enjoyable. A+ all around! Rye Street Tavern has earned a special place in my heart, and I’ll definitely be back. Highly recommended for any occasion!
