The food and service excellent!!! But the ambient to noise, impossible to have a conversation!!! Not a place to have a relax dinner!!

SIM was 10/10. The food was delicious, the ambience during the week was chill and vibrant at the same time and the service was excellent.

Executive Chefs Javier Domíguez and Luis Miguel Martín have created a perfect place in Miami to try authentic Spanish cuisine without falling prey to the trappings of the ever-present Spanish "taberna" that is the makeup of almost every other Spanish restaurant in this City. The product is amazing and it is prepared in new and familiar forms. My visit is always exceptional, the recommnedations from the waitstaff and kitchen are alway top notch and they serve the food on Spanish time ... I never feel rushed when I eat there (which is several times a month). Service is always spot on, no matter who is taking your order and minding your table. But if I get lucky, I get Leandro, who is beyond magnificent. I always go back, even if just to get a taste of home. But I keep going back because everything I have mentioned. Food was excellent, service was great, drinks and bar selection were amazing. The socarrat, cauliflower, and pork belly were to die for! Definitely going back again and again!
