Toku’s cuisine is predominantly Japanese with influences from China, Korea, and South East Asia. Ingredients and cooking techniques throughout the world create the Modern Asian menu. Owners Gillis and George Poll have dined all over the world, and have come across a variety of dishes that have really impressed them, “the best of the best.” According to Gillis, “We put together our favorites and added our own unique twists to them.” George emphasizes the menu’s ease and variety. “It’s a straightforward, casually written menu which allows you to dine any way that you’d like.” Guests may enjoy traditional meals with an appetizer, entree and dessert, or dine exclusively on sushi. Others can order cocktails and a table full of appetizers and skewers to share. “The menu is set up for sharing,” he confirms. Anything goes when ordering at Toku.

Enjoyed dinner in the bar room with 6 of us. Food, ambiance and service were great. It was a Monday night and still very busy. Highly recommend Thai mussels, butternut squash soup (special) and eggplant chips for apps. Main dish was a snapper special and was very good. Overall great evening.

Always a good time the food is excellent. The truffle pizza is my favorite. It’s a little loud, but the atmosphere is fun so you don’t mind it so much.

I had the pleasure of celebrating my wife's birthday today, and I can't say enough about the incredible experience we had! The food was absolutely fantastic, with each dish expertly prepared and bursting with flavor. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making it the perfect setting for a special occasion. What truly stood out was the exceptional service. The owner, Aleksandra, was incredibly friendly and sweet, making us feel right at home. Her attention to detail and genuine care for our experience made the evening even more memorable. Overall, it was a perfect celebration, and I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great food, a lovely atmosphere, and wonderful service. All superior! Staff is attentive, friendly and professional and added to the great dining experience. We shared clams, salads and then main courses were filet mignon, ribeye and sole. All cooked to perfection and as requested. Dessert next time! We were satisfied and not ready but will return!! Thank you for a special time.
