The Brasserie is the pioneer of the farm-to-table movement in Grand Cayman, setting the expectation for fresh local menus throughout the island. The grassroots establishment produces organic eggs on site, wild raw honey from its 50 hives, coconuts from the 202 palms at Coco Bluff Farm, and catches daily fresh seafood with its two fishing boats, Brasserie Catch I and Brasserie Catch II. Surrounded by an edible garden with flourishing fruit and nut trees, enjoy a unique dining experience outside in the greenhouse terrace or indoors in the elegant dining room or intimate wine cellar.
