We have enjoyed the food and service at Chops for more than 20 years. It remains our favorite restaurant for a special occasions and romantic dinners. However, we have noticed that the clientele has changed significantly, which has reduced our satisfaction with the dining experience. We are hoping that Chops will re-Institute a dress policy that is more representative of a five star dining experience. Also, we were not a fan of the Valentine’s Day menu. Although there were many options, we felt nickel and dime with the additions we selected for Cyde dishes and appetizers. We ended up spending a lot more than we normally would have for the same meal. Nonetheless, we remain loyal patrons of our favorite restaurant! Thanks!

Everything was perfect!!!! The food had the right temperature; the service had the right smiles; I was late for my seating and it wasn’t a problem. I really don’t care how much the food is, the experience was worth every penny. Kudos to the management, kitchen and staff. Don’t ever change!!! Blessings!!!

The food was absolutely exquisite. Every dish was crafted with precision, bursting with flavor, and beautifully presented. From the appetizers to the main course and dessert, everything was flawless. The wine selection was also top-notch, pairing perfectly with our meal. What truly made the night special was the ambiance—soft lighting, a gentle rotation that gave us different views of the skyline, and impeccable service that made us feel like VIPs. It was an experience we’ll never forget. If you’re looking for a romantic dining experience, especially for a special occasion like Valentine’s Day, Sun Dial is the place to be.

Wonderful experience! The ambiance was very nice and the service was phenomenal. We were there at the end of lunch, but my husband wanted a steak. While we were willing to settle for the lunch menu which did not include steaks, the server was very accommodating and came back to offer my husband the opportunity to get a steak. This made my husband's first experience great! Thank you!

Hostess and Server great. Mushroom crostini eh eh. Beet salad ok. Pork belly 5 ⭐️ star. steak dinner and chocolate good flavor. Wine pairings were great. Great value.
