Restaurante Central ofrece una experiencia de cocina española con un ambiente agradable y platos bien preparados, ideales para una ocasión especial. La comida es deliciosa y el entorno invita a disfrutar de una velada amena. Sin embargo, hay un aspecto que no cumple con las expectativas para el precio que cobran: la atención al detalle. Hice una reservación mencionando que era el cumpleaños de mi hermano y, lamentablemente, no lo tomaron en cuenta ni ofrecieron ningún detalle especial. El precio es elevado, y aunque la calidad de la comida está a la altura, esperaba un servicio más personalizado considerando el costo. Si bien es una buena opción para probar sabores de España, aquellos que buscan una atención al cliente detallada y memorable podrían quedar un poco decepcionados.
