At Yellow Door Taqueria, we are serving up traditional & contemporary Mexican cuisine with a New England Spin. Our traditional tacos each have an individual twist and they're all served on the tortillas we make fresh every morning. We offer a full bar and have a stacked drink menu including several different kinds of Margaritas, an extensive tequila, and mezcal list, as well as carefully craft cocktails. If you're not into the hard stuff, no worries, we have mocktails, Mexican sodas, beer, wine, and more!This location resides in Boston's South End at the InkBlock apartment community. In addition to being right off of Route 90 and 93, we are steps from SoWa Market, Peter's Park, and so much more! Our original location lives in the heart of Lower Mills, Dorchester. We are open 7 days a week for dinner & for brunch on the weekends!

After 40 years, my customers still tell me what a delightful discovery it is to step out of a Boston alley and into the heart of Mexico. That is exactly what I had envisioned when I decorated the coffered door and walls of my restaurant with the bright Talavera tiles from Puebla, Mexico.     The birria, duck and mango pork tacos were extremely good along with the spicy margarita, would highly recommend. Tried the tofu taco and wasn't a fan. Usually like tofu but feel like it didn't fit with the menu and would have been much better if given a Mexican twist, it was very plain. Overall great experience, would definitely go back.

    Hadn't been here in years. Very reasonable prices, entrees under $20! Fun place for our group. Waitress was very nice, The food was very good overall. My lobster quesadillas were quite yummy but portion was small, more like an appetizer. Steak fahitas was good, steak not very tender tough and skimpy on rice/ beans. Tacos were enjoyed by 2 of our party. Mexican lasagna was a bit too spicy for the person who got it, and she didn't realize it was a vegetarian dish though ingredients were listed. , maybe should label. Chicken fahitas was generous portion and enjoyed by the party who got them. The flan was good but a bit dense.
