Our founder and head pizza maker Jeremy Hube is hands-on in the restaurant and can be seen working our wood-fired oven (alongside the ever-reliable and talented Simon and Roman).     More than lives up to the hype. Probably the best pizza I've had outside of Italy. The vibe is cozy, friendly, and unpretentious, and the service is great. We got 4 pizzas between 4 of us because there were so many we wanted to try, thinking that we'd have lots of leftovers. Our takeout box only had two slices in it because we couldn't stop eating.....and those survivors were devoured hours later as a midnight snack. Will definitely go back!

    Pizza Letty has a fantastic GF crust, that actually has a crust (as opposed to a flatbread-style crust). And it’s soft, and not crumbly or dry. Our server was very knowledgeable about the ingredients in the dishes. Pizza Letty was very accommodating of GF, DF, and nut-free dietary requirements.
