Right in the heart of Montreal, Menthe et Couscous is an unconventional Mediterranean, North African restaurant that serves up a variety of couscous and tajine recipes in a vibrant and fun atmosphere. There is a BYOB policy at Menthe et Couscous so you can enjoy whatever beverages you'd like alongside the unconventional flavours of the continent.The dishes at Menthe et Couscous range from small to large and include plenty of options for vegetarians and non-vegetarians alike. There are starters like wine dip served with bread, malsouka with spinach, Grilled vegetables tapenade served with tuna and moussaka. Larger dishes include couscous royal and lamb tajine served with a bowl of couscous.Every Friday and Saturday for the 2nd service starting from 7:30pm it is the Bellydance show and set menu dinner, an unparalleled experience with enchanting music and cozy atmosphere.

    This was a fantastic dinner. We were 4 adults and 1 child… and I was a bit nervous when I saw the white table clothes and fancy vibe - but the service was outstanding. They made our daughter an off-menu kids pasta, offered to bring it out with our apps so she was occupied, and brought her juice and dessert. All of our dinners were great - especially loved the ceviche, oysters that were so fresh, and the pasta special. Not inexpensive but 10/10 would recommend for both food and service.

    What an incredible experience, this was all due to the EXCEPTIONAL service by Manuel! He should be the standard! Interacted with us, always looking for ways to make sure we enjoyed our night! The food was incredible! 10 stars out of 5!
