I will walk you down a gastronomic tour of my culinary experiences, from learning how to make a simple bisque from my father, therein working at Michelin starred kitchen, Le Gavroche, London at 17 years old. The tasting menu, six courses, are driven through the dogma of being aware of seasonal produce and above all technical skills. Menu is created the morning of the dining experience by going to the market and buying produce, seafood, vegetables etc . Thereafter, I will be cooking and baking dishes, right in front of you, giving you a peek into the world of fine dining in top kitchens. The Auberge du Pommier never disappoints. Over the years, we have enjoyed wonderful meals in the perfect ambiance at the Auberge. Tonight's experience was perfect in every possible way. Excellent staff, beautifully prepared delicious meals, elegant surroundings. I couldn't have improved on any aspect of our special event. We will be back.

Steve was absolutely spectacular and made our dining experience so lovely - even offered us champagne as we were celebrating a birthday. The hostess was also amazing and went above and beyond, ensuring we had a great time!
