We weren't sure what to expect, but chose this restaurant on the basis of it's menu, which we viewed online. We waited about 5 minutes for our table, but happily spent it at the great bookstore in the building. Our server Liam was courteous, fun and very attentive. The place was quite full so we were glad we had reserved in advance. The vibe was trendy and comfortable, and the food ( trout, beef cheek, pizza, beer salad,peanut butter pie) was 👌👌. We absolutely will come again.

Borealis is always a good choice for dinner while we are visiting the area. The food is always fresh and delicious. My husband tried the wild boar ragu and he said it was the best restaurant meal he's had in a long time. I had the kale ceasar salad with trout and it was so good.

Food choices were great, nice variety to meet everyone’s prefs. Taste was amazing. Service was attentive and tuned in nicely for the birthday vibe. Beer was quite good too! Will definitely be back. You gotta try the halloumi fries :)

Great service, atmosphere and food!! My favourite restaurant.

The three of us ordered the roasted mushroom soup but all three bowls of soup came out lukewarm; we sent them back.; saying the soup was not hot. The waiter was very accommodating and brought us some hot soup. Very flavourful soup; excellent California salad. Our waiter was excellent. We would definitely order the same food again
