Opened in 2017. Michelin-recommended since 2022.We first imagined Aloette to be the perfect diner that we’d want to dine in – a menu with a great burger paired with a fantastic and fun wine list, a long row of bar stools facing the bar and the kitchen, and an energetic atmosphere accented with an old school hip hop playlist. The buzz of the dining room mirrors the energy of the street on Spadina Avenue; the dining room itself mimics a train’s dining car. It’s kind of a bistro, kind of a diner, internationally inspired menu which is also representative of the diverse culture in Toronto.Brunch at Aloette was something we said we’d never do. But the city kept asking and we’re glad to be a new staple in the Queen West neighbourhood for mimosas, chicken and waffles, and piping hot coffees.     Laissez Faire is such a gem. The food is amazing! The staff is amazing. They are always so friendly and helpful. I’ve come here for my birthday for the second year in a row. The Nutella French Toast at brunch is chef’s kiss. 1000% recommend this place!

    We always have a fabulous time at Peter Pan Bistro! We got married here and had come back to celebrate our anniversary. The staff was lovey, the food was excellent, the music was great. Highly recommend!

    We celebrated my birthday here and I am so happy I chose this restaurant. Every item of food we ordered was delicious, our server Kenny took great care of us and the ambience was wonderful. The menu was just right with the different food items offered. It was not complicated and easy to order from. I hope to revisit again and recommend it to our family and friends. My husband and I enjoyed the evening so much and I was served a chocolate cake with a lighted candle. Love the name Lapinou.
