As with Trattoria Nervosa in Yorkville, Janet Zuccarini has meshed a passion for creating memorable food with a vision for delivering soulful, transporting dining experiences. Terroni Adelaide, formerly the York County Courthouse, is a multi-level heritage structure built in 1852. Just inside the doors is the Enoteca with its towering columns, a great spot for cocktails. Beyond is the main dining room, with a sunlit atrium, fireplaces on each end and private rooms all serviced by an open kitchen where our chefs prepare traditional Italian fare. In summer, the secret garden patio opens for al fresco dining in the heart of the city.Head down to the Cantina Wine Cellar where you will see the original courthouse cells now used to store our Italian wine. The second floor houses the grand Sala da Pranzo and Bar delle Carceri, named after the cells below.     I am a single woman coming for Winterlicious and was treated so well. No stigma felt. I dine regularly there and would recommend CIBO to everyone. Food is delicious, best ambiance and waitstaff beyond great and thanks to their chefs! All my out-of-town guests are taken there. A dining experience not to be missed

    My experience at Oretta was exceptional. From the food to the service it could not have been better. We went there to celebrate a birthday and they went above and beyond what we were ever expecting. We were able to bring in our own cake and they even refrigerated it and served it to us with candles on it. Our server was incredible; she was so helpful and kind the entire time. Could not recommend this place enough for a special occasion or even just to enjoy a dinner out!

    Food was bomb. Unpretentious classic Italian/bar food fusion with a touch of class. You can tell they took extra care in preparing each of the dishes and the flavours really popped. I’m also amazed how reasonable the prices were for the quality and the size of the portions. The service was great as well and the ambiance was perfect. The exposed brick and high ceilings and large tables have a hip, rustic feeling that was laid back enough, but also screamed trendy new downtown restaurant. Very high recommendation!
