However, unlike other restaurants when I have a reservation at Mr. Chow's my salivary glands kick into action well before I arrive because my brain recalls how "tasty" the food is. Foo, was I credible especially the wagyu pastrami buns were a highlight. The food was filling yet the courses were timed so well that we weren't to full between appetizers and mains. Service was great for a small team dealing with a high energy environment in a tight space.
