We mainly focus on the Turkish Mediterranean cuisine. Our restaurant’s name ‘Maydanoz’ is Turkish and simply means ‘Parsley’. Parsley is a much-used herb in our Turkish Mediterranean cuisine. Good food! Expensive though but original modern twist of the rijsttafel! Always weird when nobody speaks Dutch while in a restaurant in Amsterdam...so, it is also explicitly called rice table by the servants...

The place was empty when we arrived but we went for it and were not disappointed. The service took a moment to warm up but the food was delicious and fresh. Highly recommended
