Every dish was packed with flavor, clearly made with high-quality ingredients and attention to detail. The wood-fired pizzas are a must-try. But what really took the experience to the next level was the service. The staff was not only friendly but also incredibly attentive and knowledgeable. We absolutely loved it. The room is beautiful, the service impeccable, food superb, ambience romantic and fairly priced. We loved it all.

Ooggie as very helpful, friendly, and personable, and knowledgeable of the menu. The food was yummy and a taste of home (our mammy makes boxty). We had Gaelic Boxty, Corned Beef Boxty, shared Boxty fries and, for dessert, the almond butter boxty cake. So many different ways to eat boxty and all absolutely delicious. A real treat. I would recommend it.

Without a doubt a must on anyone’s list visiting Dublin, not only for the obvious reasons but for the fact it has amazing staff, brilliant atmosphere and the food and drink are top quality, we were taken back at the quality and portions given to the price paid. We had the pleasure of being on the premises with Conor and his beautiful family, what a gent and what a lovely family. Highly recommend a visit to The Black Forge Inn to any trip to Dublin. Dinner was incredible, so many gluten free options to choose from. The steak was amazing, cooked to perfection. Staff were lovely and attentive. Will definitely back next time I’m in Dublin.
