Bright and airy, with a vintage retro style and featuring distressed wooden tables topped in white marble, salvage greenhouse window frames and comfy linen banquettes, Salt continues Avoca’s emphasis on serving delicious, seasonal dishes with largely locally sourced ingredients. Plus Beetroot and goat's cheese salad was fantastic The service was excellent - very attentive and very friendly Minus The chicken in the caesar salad was tough (it seemed to have been pre-cooked) Charged 2.75 for two slices of poor quality bread and poor quality butter I have eaten here before and had a very positive experience. Despite the minuses, I highly recommend GFP and I will be back

Really lovely experience from start to finish. Service was really attentive and friendly. Lovely menu and we all enjoyed everything we ordered, from delicious bruschetta and aubergine parmigiana to gorgeous whole black sole, mushroom ravioli and seafood pasta. The homemade tiramisu was divine also! Looking forward to going back!
