完璧で最高の料理でした。出されるタイミング、温度、素材を活かす調理技術、本当に感動しました。セルヴーズのかたは、経験不足で残念。もっともっと詳しく料理やシェフの伝えたい気持ちを代弁できたら良いのにと思います。まだ早いかもしれません。

The restaurant was excellent. The food very special and the staff very friendly and helpful. However, the address on Open Table is incorrect. The correct address is below. The restaurant sits one level below the street. The entrance is just to the right of the Audemars Piguet store 5-13, Ginza 6-Chōme Chuo, Tokyo Japan 104-0061
