We loved our valentine's menu and the wine pairing was fantastic. The wine pairing was a great deal. Our server Derek (??) was amazing. The whole thing was perfect!!! Incredible homemade pickled ginger, homemade wasabi (so different) and barrel aged soy sauce. Nice touches!!

Jeana was so attentive! I spilled my coke as I got up to welcome my wife. Jeana had the table cloth replaced so quickly for our special occasion. Then even refreshed it with a rose and fun sparkles! The Capital Grill team has always exceeded my expectations!

Great experience! Every person who served us was pleasant and professional. I had ordered roses to be delivered to our table and the flowers were beautiful. Food was delicious. I couldn’t recommend this place enough. We will be back.

Our server was beyond amazing. She was cheerful, informative, professional, and took initiative to make sure our order arrived with enough time to leave for our show following dinner. Additionally, all of the dishes (and beverages) we ordered were absolutely fantastic. It’s clear this restaurant knows what it’s doing, has good leadership, and the staff is happy. Jason was an amazing host and couldn’t help enough with choices of steaks to wines. Only visiting Salt Lake City but would absolutely be back when next in the city. Steak was amazing and cooked right to my liking well done guys carry on doing what your doing.
