The Kronenhof is a multi-faceted, sustainable restaurant with its own, multiple award-winning brewery. The shiny, copper brewing kettles are the centerpiece in the brewery's guest room: here the fresh, natural beers are brewed using traditional, artisanal methods and the malt from the farms´ own malting barley. We obtain our ingredients from selected regional suppliers and offer our guests fresh, regional cuisine that combines traditional and modern dishes.Hessian classics and brewery specialties are also included on the menu, which is rounded off by seasonal recommendations and chef-selected dishes that reflect the season.All of this is served in a unique ensemble: The Kronenhof is surrounded by lush greenery and is easy to reach. Die Villa Merton liegt im „Diplomatenviertel“, einem der elegantesten Frankfurter Quartiere. Richard Merton ließ das Haus im neobarocken Stil 1925 als Privatvilla erbauen. 2002 errichtet der Union International Club in der Villa das Restaurant Villa Merton. Seit 2003 ist das Restaurant durchgehend mit einem Michelin-Stern ausgezeichnet. 2009 bekamen die Räumlichkeiten eine umsichtige Rundum-Erneuerung, des Weiteren wurden im Obergeschoß Räume für exklusive Tagungen im kleinen Kreis geöffnet.
