Dal 1983 L’Osteria del Gambero Rosso, situata a due passi dal Teatro Smeraldo e dalla storica Piazza XXV Aprile, è ubicata in un’antica casa milanese del ‘900 con eleganti colonne in granito con i suoi magnifici soffitti di mattoni a volta. Ma la particolarità di questo locale sono i disegni esposti che illustrano un percorso della famosa favola di Pinocchio del Collodi, dalla quale ne deriva e ci si ispira per il nome del locale “Osteria del Gambero Rosso”.La cucina nazionale, con un’influenza Toscana, propone i migliori piatti della nostra tradizione.Le proposte della cucina riguardano la carne e il pesce: dalla speciale chateaubriand, tagliate e Fiorentine, alle grigliate miste e insalate di mare, ai fritti misti e scamponi al Cognac, alle linguine all’astice e agli spaghetti con le aragostelle, risotto ai gamberi e rane e tante altre leccornie preparate con materie prime freschissime e la sapienza di uno staff di cuochi preparatissimi.
