Pony’s executive chef and team are the masters of the wood fire grill, producing contemporary and modern Australian dishes of the season’s freshest produce since its opening in 2006. In an open kitchen where Exec Chef Neil Nolan enjoys a chat with our guests, the Argentinian grill fuelled by iron bark takes dominance with the menu created around this masterpiece. Pony is located in Sydney’s oldest cobblestone laneway within the historic and bustling dining precinct of The Rocks offering inside and outside seating. Our in-house microbrewery is another iconic addition to everything that The Squire’s Landing is. From James Squire’s iconic crafts, to our limited release small batch brews, you’re bound to come across something unique in our Brewhouse. Our Brewhouse menu boasts hearty pub classics with a twist.The Ground Floor Brewhouse accepts reservations all year round with seasonal minimum spends. Please refer to the booking widget and your specific date for the minimum spend. We take groups of 15-30 guests. For all smaller groups and parties that do not wish to prepay a minimum spend, the venue is available on a walk-in basis. Reservations for the Restaurant on the 1st floor can be made through the "Squire's Waterfront Restaurant" on open table.10% surcharge applies on Sundays. 15% surcharge applies on public holidays. Green Shiso Omakase Restaurant has moved to the heart of the city, now located at 6 Loftus St, Quay Quarter Lane.Our Chef Simon brings over 15 years of experience in Japanese cuisine. He trained in Tokyo at Sakae Sushi with chefs Kazato-san and Ogawa-san, mastering sushi-making techniques.
