Don’s Favorite Foods is a prix-fixe restaurant created by husband and wife team Chef Don Salamone and Kate Laurents in partnership with Sommelier Adam Galbraith. Cocktails courtesy of Jeffrey Morgenthaler & "Banjo" Amberg.Our menu changes monthly and highlights dishes Don grew up with as well as those he mastered though working at Michelin-starred restaurants across the country.From Don: You may find gnocchi like my Ma used to make or Italian sausage modeled after my Godfather’s, Oreste “Ernie” Capone. You might find scallops still in their shells, Oregon pork in the style of Braciole, & popovers I learned to make from my mother-in-law, Terry, because she makes those every Christmas morning... beef tartare, sea urchin, caviar, etc too. Walk in's are welcome! Group larger than 8 people can contact us directly for unlimited custom packages. Food and Beverage Minimum spend $45 for a la carte for larger groups. We are open Tuesday thru Saturday 12pm to 9:30pm. We are a small family owned Italian restaurant, which takes pride in serving delectable meals to our guests. Our outdoor patio is covered. Due to limited seating we cannot guarantee your reservation will be assigned indoors, and hold your table for more than 10 min past your reservation time. $20 no show fee per person will be charged.We are a scratch kitchen, all our (vegan) pastas, breads, desserts, sauces, salad dressings are homemade. Bring a date, friend or colleague and enjoy our elegant ambiance and full array of wines. We have a full bar and while you are here, try one of our yummy cocktails. Our Mushroom ravioli, the Lamb Pappardelle and Tortellini e pesto are some of our crowd favorites. We take pride in our Neapolitan style wood fired pizzas.

    We had a terrific experience at Mingo. The bartenders are wonderful, friendly, knowledgeable and fun. All the stall work so nicely together - they are a great team. Bite food and drinks were fantastic! We had a lovely evening at Mingo. Thank you to Cortney and her team behind the bar and the fantastic cooks!!

    Found this little gem from an OpenTable spotlight. Delicious Food. Wonderful Servers. The menu is designed for family style service so that diners are able to share the portions and try more items. Which is what we love to do when we go out. We tried several dishes and they were all delicious. The waitstaff were kind and didn't rush us at all which always adds to a great food experience. I would highly recommend as a meeting place with friends or a great date night place.

    Ordered roses and champagne that were waiting for my girlfriend when we got seated. It was a great experience and good ambiance. The service was great too!
