That’s why we named the restaurant “Ichoume” (Choume is used for addresses in Japan. Gin & Cocktail Bar The original 1840s sandstone walls of the building Frank Mac’s now occupies a 120-person capacity bar which flows from outdoor seating on George Street, across two levels and into a back courtyard. Whereas the downstairs space feels cosy and intimate, dotted with vintage leather banquettes, dark jade and light orange velvet armchairs, low tables and a fireplace, the ground level you’ll walk into off George Street will reflect the energy of the bartenders working behind the almost five-metre-long oak bar. For this calibre of restaurant I would have thought they would use fresh hand cut chips not frozen, it puts the quality of the dish down. Everything else was really good. We will return.

Our party of 4 had a fabulous dining experience at Hustlers. This is a very funky place, the service and ambience was fantastic and the food was delicious. Will definitely dine here again.
