Carlton Wine Room is a neighbourhood restaurant offering a well-executed, fresh, seasonal food menu, and an ever changing, diverse wine list featuring the best of Italy, Australia and the rest of the World. We offer a bar space, an upstairs restaurant dining room and three unique spaces that are can be booked for private dining perfect for special events.RESERVATIONS: are for a two hour sitting. We do not accept bookings for drinks and snacks, however we accept walk-ins for this if space permits. A surcharge of up to 1.2% applies to credit card transactions. A surcharge of 10% applies on Sundays and 15% on Public Holidays. OUTSIDE SEATING: please note this is subject to the weather and we may not be able to move your reservation inside in the case of bad weather.     The servers and the staff were one of the best I have seen. They were so kind and courteous that it made the whole experience so warm and comfortable. The food was good but I hope that you add a few more veg options. The Bao dish was the best and it was really really good. Overall we would recommend this place to our friends because of the overall experience.Thank you.

    As always the food was wonderful - Interesting and beautifully presented. The service team were excellent and overall was a very pleasant experience.

    We had to wait longer than expected for our food, and several other tables asked how much longer until their order arrived. One pizza was undercooked but the staff were very good about it, and gave us another fresh pizza, and that pizza order was for free (didn't pay for the undercooked or the fresh one). Once the food arrived it was very good, and it the venue has a lovely relaxed vibe. The music was in the background and the tables are set out so that it never becomes overcrowded. The cocktails and mocktails were excellent.
