Our share style menus marry unique modern Australian flavours, with inspiration from the legend himself, James Squire. Nestled on the Sydney Harbour, the waterfront views certainly enhance the ambiance of Squire's Waterfront Restaurant. Please note all of our Restaurant menus are now share style.Bookings are available for the Restaurant. If you have 8 or more guests, a set menu and 10% gratuity apply. Table reservations are only accepted for the restaurant, not the rooftop. A set menu applies to groups of 8 or more. If you have a party of 8+, please make an enquiry at bookings@babylonrooftop.com.au. A customary 10% gratuity fee for groups of 8+ applies in the restaurant. The Rooftop is our bar area and is available on a walk-in basis for groups of 1 – 14. We do not accept online bookings for this area. A full a la carte bar menu is available to order all day. Groups of 15+ must enquire at bookings@babylonrooftop.com.au. Minimum spends apply. Please note, if you book the restaurant, and on arrival decide to move to the rooftop, a cancellation fee of $50pp will apply. Please view the restaurant and bar menus on our website as they differ.On public holidays a 15% surcharge applies. On Sundays a 10% surcharge applies. We hope to host you soon!

Babylon Rooftop accepts reservations all year round with seasonal minimum spends. Please refer to the booking widget and your specific date for the minimum spend. We take groups of 15-30 guests. For all smaller groups and parties that do not wish to prepay a minimum spend, the venue is available on a walk-in basis. Share style group menus may apply over peak periods. The rooftop offers our meze menu only, if you wish to dine on the restaurant menus, they are only available in our Restaurant. Reservations for the Restaurant inside can be made through the "Babylon RESTAURANT" open table.Additionally, we take bookings of all party sizes for our Limoncello Brunch every Saturday and Sunday with arrival times of 12pm, 1pm or 2pm. Our Brunch reservations are $79pp for 2 hours of bottomless Limoncello and chefs meze. 10% surcharge applies on Sundays. 15% surcharge applies on public holidays. All Minors must be accompanied by a legal guardian or parent at all times across the whole venue.

    The venue was beautiful, with perfect weather—not too cold or hot. We had lived in Sydney for 20 years and never knew there was a restaurant in this garden! With half-outdoor seating, we enjoyed stunning views, while a cute lizard family jumping into the water added a fun touch. The menu offered three course options at different prices. We chose the Muddle Summer Banquet course. The yum cha was good, but the presentation was disappointing—nothing like the beautifully styled Instagram photos. The entrée came on a small plate, with fried chicken and dumplings mixed together. The slow-cooked pork was good, but the steamed rice wasn’t very fresh, and the green vegetables arrived late. And if we hadn’t asked, we would have missed the happy hour drink menu. If the food tasted and was presented as well as in the photos, this place would be packed. Many factors likely contributed to the lack of customers despite the stunning setting. That said, we still had a lovely anniversary dinner, thanks to the beautiful atmosphere and friendly, attentive waiters.

    Second visit. First time we tried the tasting menu. This time chose our own. So much yummy food. Halloumi , broccoli, and salad all great. Loved cauliflower and the antic beef was perfect

    We had my daugters 21st here on Saturday night. Staff were very friendly from security to bar staff. Service was amazing! There was 24 of us .We had the brewers feast Which was so much more than we expected food tasted amazing!! Can highly recommend!
