Situated above Boccaccio Continental Supermarket, it is a destination for some of Melbournes best cheese, salumi, and an Italian/European menu from hatted head chef Andrew Beddoes. The wine list is a dynamic and ever evolving selection of our favourite wines from local and international producers. It is curated by our team to best reflect the vintages and compliment the menu offering. We offer BYO Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday night dinner service and Friday/Saturday lunch service with $20 corkage per bottle.

Vatutto is a family run restaurant, Owners Paul and Myrto Recinella moved from their 16 year Institution at Zios East Melbourne to the Ivanhoe location in 2015. A full renovation was completed recently creating a modern yetelegant atmosphere. Vatutto translates from Italian to ‘Everything goes’ the menu here has a diverse flavour selection from all corners of the earth. Produce here is sourced from premium suppliers, and we use sustainable seafood from Australian or New Zealand waters, Wagyu beef from Gippsland, organic eggs, fruit and vegetables, and quality imported cheese, dairy products and flour. Bread is baked daily and all desserts, pastries and ice cream are all made on the premises using quality ingredients.

    A great find - very busy on a Tuesday lunchtime. An extensive menu and although we only had a main course each, it was fresh, well cooked and delicious.

    My colleague and I had some beautiful food and excellent coffee, the restaurant had a fantastic atmosphere with the most amazingly friendly staff. Definitely recommend, I shall be back! Thank you Tesoro!

    Amazing and attentive service at Danté. My party and I loved the atmosphere there and felt welcome from the moment we walked in until we left. The table service was impeccable and our waiter and bartender were extremely friendly the entire time (forgive me I forgot their names but they know who they were) Highly recommend this place for others. Super worth the price and the dishes were phenomenal. Drinks are on another level. Will be back for sure!
