We believe wine is better with food & food is better with wine. A perfect pairing is an experience everyone should enjoy..often. Our unique approach to food and wine means we are "wine first". We first curate the wine list which includes 65+ wines by the glass and then design a food menu that specifically complements the wine. The kitchen is led by Executive Chef Julian Silvera who spent his early culinary career in restaurants in his native NYC. He then took his talents to Florida's Knife and Spoon, where he helped garner a coveted Michelin star. Chef Julian is passionate about sourcing hyperlocal ingredients & has a strong focus on sustainability. Our service team includes ten sommeliers and is proud to offer guests more than 700 wines by the bottle. We are a casually elegant wine bistro open Tues-Sat 5PM to 10PM. It was my sons birthday, he really wanted wagyu steak so we came here. The staff was so involved in the creation of an amazing experience. Kitty was our service she was so sweet and answered all the questions we had on the different kinds of steak options. We were given many amazing recommendations and at the end of the meal we were surprised with a Prosecco toast and a small chocolate devils cake to cheers my son’s birthday. The environment was lovely and the product was as amazing as we had predicted. 10 out of 10 recommend !

We attended the Heitz Cellars winemaker blending session. The session was so much fun and interesting. The steak dinner following the event was perfectly prepared. The mushrooms were amazing. The service exceptional! Another great night at the Tasting House.
