In the kitchen of this Japanese address near the Olympia Paris 9th, our chef RAOUL interprets the great classics of Japanese gastronomy, but does not shy away from links with French cuisine either.     Went for a dinner reservation in November, and we requested to sit on the terrace, but they do not serve dinner outdoors at that time (drinks only). Despite that, the service was great and the food was delicious. It's a more fine dining experience, so food presentation and service was elevated. Do note that they don't serve tap water - but do have unlimited still or sparkling water for 5 Euros per person.
