Nino's, opened in 1968, has been owned and operated by Antonio Noviello since 1982. Originally from the Amalfi Coast of southern Italy, Antonio worked in Monte Carlo, then Bermuda where he met his wife Helen, an Atlanta resident. After moving to Atlanta in 1981, Antonio's life-long dream of owning his own restaurant became a reality when he purchased Nino's. For more than forty-one years, Antonio has taken pride in serving authentic Italian Cuisine made with fresh, imported ingredients and cooked to order for each guest. In 2006 Antonio's middle daughter Alessandra became the manager and has since taken over with her husband Micah. Alessandra and Micah take pride in keeping the long-standing traditions and reputation of serving exceptional Italian cuisine alive. Nino's has attracted devoted locals who return time and again, along with a long list of who had heard of Nino's reputation and stopped in to sample the fare. Service was impeccable even though our waitress appeared to be both waiting tables and playing bartender. She was superb. The pasta and pizza was solid but the bread was lacking. The lack of side salads or any type of vegetable was a solid miss. The cheesecake was excellent and the tiramisu was solid as well. It was overall a good meal, but fell short of my expectation. If our server hadn't been so great, I probably would have counted it a loss.

Food was all amazing and our server was great. His name was David - he said he was two weeks in but you never would have known. He was very kind, knowledgeable about the menu and checked on us repeatedly.
