Tiburon Fine Dining has quietly become one of Utah's premier restaurants. Tiburon is located in the south end of the Salt Lake valley in an unassuming building that formerly housed a fruit stand. A small group of us went to Kimi's to celebrate a birthday. What a wonderful experience. The ambiance is beautiful, classy and calm. Our waiter could not have been more attentive and had perfect timing. The food was fantastic! Try the pork chop! And the jewel of the night -- dessert with a sparkler for my dining companion celebrating a birthday. It was a special and perfect night. Thank you Kimi!

I loved my salmon. We loved the bison and the elk!! We love the salad!! My husband doesn’t love your tenderloin. He doesn’t think it’s as high quality as other similarly priced restraunts. That was the only downside for him. He liked the gravy.. which he dusky doesn’t prefer a gravy in his tenderloin! Our waiter was awesome and accommodating!! The birthday desserts were a surprise! It was a fun evening!!
