Marky's Caviar Lounge located within The Guitar Hotel at Seminole Hard Rock, is a fine casual dining restaurant and cocktail bar. Chef Buddha Lo former Eleven Madison Park and Restaurant Gordon Ramsay London alum as well as the current Executive Chef at Huso New York has designed the menu by incorporating Modern American techniques. The menu features a wide variety of the finest ingredients sourced from around the world including: truffles, foie gras, wagyu, caviar and more. The Lounge is open Sunday-Thursday from 4pm to 11pm and Friday-Saturday from 4pm to 1am. Reservations for large parties are required, however we are able to accommodate walk-ins should we have availability. I took my girlfriend out for date night. The specials were spectacular and were very much recommended by our waiter Paolo C. He was extremely attentive to her allergies and was able to recommend and ensure that we got the food that was best for us. The outdoor dining was quiet and comfortable with heat lamps that Paolo so graciously turned on for us as it was one of the rare cold nights in south Florida. The food came quickly and the drinks were delicious. Paolo even made sure that our drinks were modified when we needed a little extra shaking to one of the beverages. 10/10 would recommend and we are looking forward to coming back very soon!

Outstanding experience at JWB Prime Steak and Seafood!!! Tom our server was the BEST!! (Hollywood, FL location) Our steaks were cooked perfectly and the seasoning was superb! We loved the sourdough bread and the au gratin potatoes! The wine Tom suggested was wonderful! Cannot wait to go back!

We were tired after driving from Orlando and decided to stay close to eat. Corsair did not disappoint. We had the guacamole which was flavorful and just enough. Our entrees were lobster roll with truffle fries and grouper sandwich with broccolini. Grouper was delish, and broccolini on point. My wife who orders lobster roll Frequently commented “ I think it’s the best I’ve had”.
