In the kitchen of this Japanese address near the Olympia Paris 9th, our chef RAOUL interprets the great classics of Japanese gastronomy, but does not shy away from links with French cuisine either. At dinner, the chef takes care to imagine the menu for his customers by offering an “omakase” in 7 Japanese tapas according to their mood and the seasons.
