Salt & Marrow Kitchen is located at the Crowne Plaza North Augusta Hotel. Chef Dominic Simpson prepares his signature entrees on a unique artisanal wood-fired grill. The grilling technique brings out a deliciously unique flavor to the food. Start your dining experience with a selection of small-plate appetizers. Savor mouth-watering main course options, steaks, seafood, pork chops, and much more. Enjoy your favorite cocktails or a selection of fine wines by the glass or bottle. Salt & Marrow Kitchen offers a private dining room that seats up to 20 guests. An automatic 20% gratuity will be added to groups of 6 or more. Park at the City of North Augusta's garage on Railroad Ave. across from the hotel. The first 2 hours are free. For a unique experience, try our lite Dining Domes, for those wishing to eat outside.
