Le Saotico offers a tasty and french cuisine. "Hum, c'est bon!" is the motto so often used by diners at this restaurant in Paris's 2nd arrondissement, just a stone's throw from Boulevard Montmartre and the Opéra Comique. Accessibility and availability are as much a part of the menu as the service. Market cuisine adapted to the rhythm of the seasons, daily deliveries of high-quality, rigorously selected produce: exclusively French meats, fish from small boats (Dôme fishmonger), and constantly fresh fruit and vegetables. The philosophy of chef Hugues Gournay and his brigade is to whet the appetite, blending flavours and textures without mixing them.
