Fiamma is a full service authentic Italian Restaurant featuring the first truly authentic Neapolitan Wood burning pizza oven in Monroe county. With an all natural flame our oven maintains an internal temperature of 1000 degrees cooking the pizza in 45 seconds leaving it with a truly unique taste and texture. The rest of our menu is reflective of traditional southern italian dishes native to the Campania region. 7:30 table on a Saturday night, following wonderful 100-minute massages in the Spa. Food was delicious (salmon for me, halibut for my husband), good wine by the glass selection. Our server, Matthew, was friendly and discreetly attentive. We were seated in the bar area which was a bit noisy for our senior ears; I wouldn’t do that again.

The special - giant shrimp, pancetta, tomatoes, spinach in a mild spicy cream sauce with rotini - what can I say but amazing!! But, then again, we are regulars and I’ve never had a disappointing experience here. Staff are amazing! Go there!
