A family owned boutique bar located in Wentworth Point as part of the Marina Square complex. A large list of great tasting signature and classic cocktails. The Dancing Bear is also managed by Kristine Tarabine who has cracked the Top 100 Australian bartenders competing in Diageo's world class competition. The name “Ichoume” comes from the address of this street. Ichoume is located on ‘1’ Harbour Street, Darling Quarter. That’s why we named the restaurant “Ichoume” (Choume is used for addresses in Japan.
