Bastion is the 24-seat restaurant of James Beard Foundation Award Nominee Chef Josh Habiger. It is located in a separate area within the casual cocktail bar of the same name, and it is a part of the Wedgewood Houston neighborhood of Nashville, TN. Bastion's dining room features counter seating around the kitchen for parties of 2 as well as three tables for parties of 3 to 6. Bastion's small team serves a weekly set menu of six dinner courses featuring many dishes with a wide variety of flavors, ingredients, and inspirations. Friendly service guides you through the culinary experience, which also features wine pairings, creative cocktails, and a curated vinyl soundtrack. Come early or stay late in the hidden Little Bar, which is a private offering for guests of the restaurant.

Adele’s restaurant in Nashville is a partnership among Ken Levitan and Howard Greenstone of Red Pebbles Hospitality. The restaurant features an open kitchen with a large fireplace grill, wood-burning oven, white quarter-sawn oak bar, chef’s counter, and heated outdoor dining patio with umbrellas. The menu at Adele’s focuses on seasonal, accessible comfort food sourced from local farms and purveyors. The restaurant is open for dinner nightly and offers a wonderful weekend brunch from 10:00am - 2:00pm. Adele’s provides free parking in the first 2 rows of angled parking spots located directly in front of our building (validation required). If our parking lot is full, we offer validated parking in the parking lot across the street (1207 McGavock St.) or the parking garage behind Adele's (1222 Demonbreun St.). I made reservations a month out for my wedding anniversary surprise dinner. Reservation making was easy and smooth, the deposit and price were all extremely worth it, the food was by far the star of the show, the wine pairings elevated the experience and complimented the courses beautifully. The ability to interact with the chefs while sitting at the bar highlighted their passion of the dishes they created. The exclusivity of dining in an intimate setting was perfect for conversation with my wife and guests around us.

The food was fantastic! Our server was great! Drinks were great! Ambience was great! Did I say great? Well I’m at a lost for words! We are constantly underwhelmed by Nashville’s food but this place was under the radar! It’s severely under rated! We were arguing about what to order because everything sounded so good and we ended up planning what to eat on our next visit! Thank you Adele Team!

Incredible service from start to finish. We were there to celebrate our anniversary, so our seating was upgraded when we arrived without us even asking. We were also offered complimentary champagne by our waiter, who was extremely knowledgeable about all the items on the menu. Everything we had tasted delicious and the espresso martini was spot on. Possibly the best dining experience I've ever had.

Went for a small birthday brunch with boyfriend and dad. louder than expected and we had to sit at a small high top that was reserved for us, but it was a great experience and good food. fun place for celebrations
