Locust is a unique and wonderful experience every time we go. The food is amazing and the staff are attentive and knowledgeable.

My husband and I went for Valentine’s Day and it was a great experience. We loved the prefixed menu and will definitely be back! Everything we ordered was so good. We especially loved the Chicken Parm, Spicy Vodka Rigatoni, and the broccolini!

The Valentines day tasting menu was amazing! The portions were a little on the small side at first glance, but the meal as a whole (four courses) was the perfect size. We both opted for the NY strip entree, but there was also a scallop option. Each course was easily a 4.5-5/5. Common Ground has a small, cozy atmosphere. It was pretty quiet, but we were also there late afternoon, well before the dinner rush started due to an event we were attending later. The setting is casual with a hint of fine dining, but that might also be from the Valentines Day ambiance.

Making reservations for a time we wanted was easy. Everything we ordered was great! We started with an expresso martini and a local beer and pretzels with the cheese fondue. Then dinner was the short ribs with potatoes au gratin with the mac and cheese. Dessert was the bread pudding and the molten lava butter cake with toffee bits. Yes, we ordered two desserts because we couldn’t decide.

I had the pleasure of dining at The Farmstead Nashville recently, and it was an unforgettable experience from start to finish. The ambiance is warm and inviting, with a cozy yet modern rustic vibe that perfectly complements the farm-to-table philosophy. You can really taste the care and dedication in every bite. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and they made sure our dining experience was nothing short of exceptional. Whether you're a local or just visiting, I highly recommend The Farmstead for anyone who appreciates fresh, high-quality food with a sustainable edge. It’s a true standout in local dining and certainly a place I’ll be returning to again and again.
