10oz USDA CAB Prime Ribeye 3分熟，牛肉品質真的不錯，單吃不沾醬，入口軟嫩多汁，搭上果香濃郁、醇厚酒體，帶著烏梅尾韻的紅酒，與牛肉脂香在口中融合，人間美味。 如果要挑缺點，就是為了保留原塊牛肉，所以沒清修牛肉組織隔膜，影響品嚐與口感，比較可惜，但基本上瑕不掩瑜。 喜歡大口吃肉的朋友，Le Blanc是不錯的選擇，但推薦還是開支紅酒，美味更加分！🍷😘 PS. 原塊馬鈴薯切條的薯條，好吃，還可以無限續點，薯條自由啊！😆

1.和牛肉品不错。 2.“乐乐酱”搭配和牛也许是店铺创意，但酱汁的甜味盖过了肉的味道。 3.炒饭用的边角料肉有些许的“骚味”，或者是在冰柜时间长产生的不和谐味道。 4. 订位时注记要靠墙的需求被忽略了。 5. 邻桌聊天先不论声音大小，座位过于靠近，用餐无法真正有空间放松。6.服务方面整体满意。 7.酒类（红白酒）选项不多，也许现在的趋势是偏向烈酒搭肉。
