We opened The 3rd BluWater Bistro location in the Leschi neighborhood on March 13, 2004. Mick McHugh handed the reigns over to us after 22 successful years of running the Leschi Lake Café. With a slight remodel we cozy'd up the place, added some fantastic rollback windows, high back booths, some flat screen TV's, and leather furniture by the fireplace. The menu reflects all the goodness that a cozy bistro should offer, including the ever famous & popular "Lake Side Café" Fish and Chips... gotta keep the neighborhood happy. Hands down the best restaurant I’ve been to in such a long time. The atmosphere, the staff is magnificent as well as the flood. This was a 10/10 experience and would definitely recommend and try to again as well.

This is our first visit since the advent of the Kraken Hockey Team in Seattle and the place was hopping. Service was awesome even though it was super busy and loud. In about 45 minutes people left for the game and it was much less crowded and noise level much lower. Food was excellent and ambiance our favorite in Seattle. We will return but not on a game night.

We have an absolutely wonderful evening at That's Amore. The food was excellent, and our server was wonderful. The view out of the back window was breathtaking. From the bruschetta, to the salad, to the pasta, to the tiramisu, we were blown away by each course. I had included a note in our reservation that it was my partner's birthday, and each staff member we saw at the restaurant wished her a happy birthday and made sure she had a great exercise. We will definitely come back the next time we have a special occasion to celebrate.
