We had an amazing dining experience at Primo at JW Grande Lakes in Orlando! From the moment we were seated, our server, Juan C, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. He was incredibly attentive, knowledgeable about the menu, and made excellent recommendations that enhanced our meal. The food was simply outstanding — each dish was not only bursting with flavor but also beautifully presented. You can tell that the ingredients were fresh and thoughtfully sourced, which elevated the overall dining experience. The ambiance was warm and inviting, creating the perfect setting for a memorable evening. Whether you’re celebrating a special occasion or just looking for a top-notch meal, Primo is a must-visit. I can't say enough good things about the restaurant. Had a reservation and we were seated right on time. Service was excellent. The food came out prepared perfect. Table of 9 and everyone loved their meal. Being that it was Thanksgiving Day I expected long waits. The restaurant did an excellent job handling the crowd.
