Knife & Spoon is the signature steak and seafood restaurant in the Ritz-Carlton Orlando Grande Lakes led by Chef Tyler Kineman. The restaurant was awarded a coveted MICHELIN Star in the 2022 & 2023 edition of the MICHELIN Guide Florida. Rosen Shingle Creeks Land Remembered Restaurant has to be one of the best we ever visited. It is a hidden gem! The restaurant is always excellent and well maintained. The atmosphere is awesome and the service absolutely excellent. I recommend this reastaurant to all my friends that visit the Orlando area and recommend that they ask for Simo the server we have had numerous times. The food is top notch. Chilian Sea Bass the best I ever had considering this is a steak house and known for the steaks they serve. You will not be disappointed.

Great night with Chaunti! She was so helpful with the new menu and she is so friendly! Our food (salad and lasagna) was outstanding- HUGE compliments to the kitchen staff! The manager stopped by to visit and he was wonderful! Outstanding service and delicious food in a very well managed restaurant- highly recommend!
