We specifically want to praise our waitress, Stephanie, for providing exceptional service and ensuring our meal met our expectations. Despite past mistakes with our order, Stephanie ensured my husband's rainbow trout platter was cooked exactly to his preferences, with no seasonings or butter, and it was perfect.
