The 1902 Main Dining Room now brings a casual yet sophisticated dining experience to the White Mountains with a New England-inspired menu.     Went there for my husband’s birthday. It was very busy but we were waited on quickly. The food was delicious. We will defintely recommend this restaurant and can’t wait to go back!

    Our first time to Prima and it was a great experience. Katherine was our server and she was spectacular. She gave us great recommendations and was knowledgeable about the menu. We were running late for our reservation and the hostess could not have been more accommodating. We had the tuna crudo and meatballs. Tuna was fresh and the red sauce with the meatballs was chefs kiss* My boyfriend and I have just moved to the area and were excited to check out Prima, the hype is real. We can’t wait to return. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

    Our server was very nice and the dining room was beautiful and pretty quiet for how busy it was. The meal itself was really overpriced for the quality. The lobster mac and cheese tasted like butane (guessing it was toasted with a torch) and the broccolini was cold. It all seemed like it was premade and reheated in a microwave. Not what you’d expect from a resort like this.
