Chapter One is an award-winning Modern European restaurant with 3 AA Rosettes in Orpington, Kent. Following a major refurbishment in early 2019, Chapter One has relaunched with a more modern approach, tempting guests with greater variety and quality.Under the direction of acclaimed chef Andrew McLeish, modern European cooking is available in two formats. Not been for a while, and booked the brasserie. The staff from the moment I walked in, I could not fault - they were friendly and efficient. Starters, there was a good choice, well presented & tasty. Mains - ribeye, was well cooked. My wife had the sea bass, which was ok, but a little underwhelming. Desserts - sticky toffee pudding lived up to its name ! Again the lady waitress was excellent, friendly, chatty, and knowledgeable. I will definitely go back.

"I had an exceptional dining experience at A-Mano Restaurant in Orpington! The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the service was top-notch. The menu features a wonderful selection of dishes, and the handmade pasta was a standout. I also loved the risotto absolutely delicious! And the Halloween party with live DJ was bang on!!!! Don’t skip dessert; the panna cotta was the perfect way to end the meal. Highly recommend this gem for anyone looking for quality food and great service!❤️
